Nativity Sets – Joy to the World!

The Church library is located just off the sanctuary in a well-lit room with several comfortable chairs. You can browse the shelves or have a look through the catalogue. Here are two versions of the catalogue, one sorted by author, one by title. A website called LibraryThing has been used to catalogue the books.

Defibrillator In the House!

Thanks to a partnership with the Comox Firefighters Association, Comox Valley Presbyterian Church is now equipped with an Automatic Emergency Defibrillator (AED). We are grateful for the visit from Fire Chief Gord Schreiner who trained some members in how to use the device in the event of a cardiac emergency.

CVPC and the Association shared the cost of the device. Instead of $1500 it only cost us $750. Thank you to the Comox Firefighters Association for their generous donation and service!

Our Minister

On January 28, 2014 The Rev. Jennifer Geddes was inducted as minister. She comes to us from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian in Victoria and is getting to know the people and activities in our church. We welcome her spiritual leadership and warm presence in our church.
